Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products or services from ai-cto.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

2. Digital Products License

Upon purchase of digital products (including The AI Operations Playbook), you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the materials for:

• Personal use (learning, internal planning)
• Internal business use (team training, process development)
• Client work (using frameworks with your own clients)

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the materials
• Share download links with non-purchasers
• Rebrand and sell as your own product
• Upload to public repositories or file-sharing sites

3. Services Agreement

For consulting services (workshops, projects, retainers):

• Scope and deliverables will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW)
• Payment terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery (unless otherwise agreed)
• Retainer payments are due at the start of each billing period
• Cancellation requires 30 days written notice

4. Intellectual Property

For custom builds and development projects:

• You own all custom code and deliverables created specifically for you
• We retain rights to general frameworks, methodologies, and tools used across clients
• Pre-existing IP (like the Playbook frameworks) remains our property

5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email download links. Links are valid for 30 days and can be re-sent upon request. All digital product sales are final upon delivery of working download links.

6. Refund Policy

Digital Products:

30-day refund window if materials have not been downloaded. Once downloaded, refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the product.

Services:

If we cannot identify at least $50K in annual savings potential in your AI audit, the audit is free. For other services, satisfaction is guaranteed on the first milestone—if you're not happy, we'll refund that portion or redo the work.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, processes, or strategies with third parties. NDA available upon request for enterprise engagements.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we work to deliver value, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. AI adoption success depends on many factors including implementation, team adoption, and market conditions. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products and services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
